You will get the UAC confirmation pop-up. I don't know why I had to do this extra step since deselecting desktop web pages should have done it, but it worked for me. the "desktop properies" ‘s tip is gonna work. This subreddit is suitable for both Office warriors and newbies.

i most likely think that this thing was a trojan.. Turn on the option to Make Start, taskbar and action center transparent. Then, in the Personalization control panel window that appears, click on the Color icon. This worked out.
