  • Splitting a 128GB SSD leaves not a lot for 2 partitions.I'd suggest your main OS on the SSD, and Server 2012 on something else.

But if you install Windows Server 2003 on a Windows 7 based computer, it will cause problems.  I recommend you reinstall Windows 7 once again.
