stuff like temp monitor software and all that jazz. They are grotesquely coded and very gimmicky. It's always been on the other HDD, but it seems that to properly create .dmp files it needs to be on the C drive. got a screen freeze (not the first time at all) which is different from the "pc dying" issue and i can't detect the real cause of it (just excluded temperature issues).
Do you know of a good diagnostic tool to check a SSD? Also, you may need to remove the CPU and inspect the socket as well as the CPU to see if there are any bent or missing pins. Register now! board issue?
And btw, there should be more detailed info in the zip attached if it would be of any help, including a minidump. Nothing shows on the monitor. i think it's the board but dunno what can i do... Your help was much appreciated and this issue turned out to be a lot simpler than it made me believe.
