Ask ! I did make the mistake of deleting almost all my memory dumps in... If the blue screen goes away, then your overclock was too aggressive. That would have been fine, except that the failed system was beaming images in the Birds Nest for all to see, and what everyone saw was an Olympic sized BSoD! It did last a lot longer when you changed the voltage, right? All Aboard! Windows is dead, Jim, at least until you reboot it.

Most people don't have the means to test the CPU in another system, so your options here may be limited.
