Ditch it. Prime does a better job at stressing the entire memory subsystem then memtest does...If all else fails, you can try a format. Then you magically claim superior knowledge despite teh fact that your base OS is utter garbage and always has been considered as such by anyone with half a brain. ntkrnlpa.exe has to do with your power settings (sleep/hibernate).
