Please tell me one thing, is it serious problem?? In fact it's more damaging as it eats up the life cycles of the drive. But freezing started again…I will downgrade Nvidia driver, turn off AHCI and check. aboost from the PSU is also required that might cause an issue if your PSU is underpowered.
